Subscription Cancellation Policy

Minopcloud operates on a subscription-based SaaS model.

How to Cancel

To request cancellation, please email: info@minopcloud.in

Include your company name, registered email ID, and subscription details.

Cancellation Terms
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 business days before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the service period will be treated as cancellation for the next billing cycle.
  • Charges for the current billing period will be calculated based on the subscription term and usage days.

Once cancelled, access to the platform will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.


Subscription Refund Policy

We strive to provide full support and resolve all customer queries promptly.

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not completely satisfied with Minopcloud services, a refund may be requested within 15 days of payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of payment.
  • Refunds apply only to first-time subscriptions.
  • Refunds will not apply after 15 days from payment.
  • Refunds will not apply to renewal payments.

Refunds approved under this policy will be processed back to the original mode of payment.


Important SaaS Usage Disclaimer

Minopcloud is a standardized SaaS-based attendance and workforce management platform.

  • The platform does not support custom feature development under standard subscription plans.
  • Customers are advised to review the platform features, modules, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) before purchasing.
  • Any third-party integrations or distributor agreements are governed by their respective SLAs and refund policies.
  • Refunds arising due to breach of third-party SLAs will be handled directly between the customer and the respective distribution partner.

We encourage customers to thoroughly review product specifications before subscribing.


Payment & Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.
  • If payment was made through a payment gateway or bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the same account.
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Hardware & Device Policy (If Applicable)

Minopcloud may provide hardware devices such as biometric attendance systems, RFID devices, or related accessories.

Product Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment.
  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after production or configuration begins may be cancelled with a 50% deduction of product value.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Product Return Policy

Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Product is non-functional upon delivery.
  • Manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
Return Conditions
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with invoice.
  • Customer must initiate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping the product.
  • Customers are required to send products to our warehouse in India at their own cost unless otherwise approved.
  • Return shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

Product Refund Policy

  • Approximately 95% of the product price will be refunded if the returned product is received in original condition with packaging and invoice.
  • Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
  • 5% may be deducted due to payment gateway charges and reverse logistics costs.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 7 business days from the date of issue.

Warranty & Defective Products

All hardware products are covered against manufacturing defects during the specified warranty period.

If a valid claim is received:

  • We may offer repair, replacement components, or product exchange.
  • Shipping costs will be covered only if the customer has opted for extended onsite warranty coverage.
